We provide 24 hour service to our clients 7
days a week. Our mission is to manage and maintain your
network so you don't have to.
We offer hourly rates as well as an all inclusive monthly flat fee
rate. Our hourly rates start out at $75.00 per hour starting
at the time of arrival to the site. We also offer package
rates aside from our hourly and monthly flat fee rates. Our
package rates are for the one time project such as replacing all
your computers with updated ones, setting up and configuring a
network for the first time, building and/or modifying a server such
as introducing a new server to your environment.
Our monthly flat rate fee's depend on the number of workstations,
servers and networked hardware at the site to be maintained.
Our flat rates include weekly scheduled office/site visits,
unscheduled visits for emergent situations that require immediate
attention, remote support through remote desktop assistance,
software updates, security updates/antivirus updates, data backup
monitoring, offsite data archiving, telephone support, email
support, a total inventory report of each system including serial
numbers, software and hardware configurations and inventory,
networked hardware inventory, server inventory and information and
software inventory. Monthly support fee's vary according
to size and structure of the company, and services desired.
